AZ&B provided PS&E services for the ramp removal and relocation of the IH 10 eastbound frontage road and pavement reconstruction to Del Rio Street. The existing roadway from Del Rio Street to SH 163 was sealed and coated with new pavement striping and signage. A 325’ concrete span bridge was designed for extension of the eastbound frontage road crossing Johnson Draw. The frontage road will be converted within project limits to one-way operation and signals will be adjusted at SH 163.
