AZ&B prepared a conceptual and preliminary design for approximately 26 miles of 84-inch raw water pipeline and 67,945 linear feet of a 108” diameter pipeline within a 150’ corridor easement. Responsibilities included realignment studies, site visits, preliminary design report development, and opinion of probable construction costs. AZ&B also undertook an analysis of the alignment, site visits, and route selection assistance. We also prepared traffic control plans, detour layouts, erosion control & re-vegetation plans, corridor access roads, selection of standards and design of details, plan sheet review, driveway design, acquisition of driveway permits from TxDOT, Navarro County & Ellis County, and permanent access road design.
