AZ&B worked with City solid waste and financial staff to determine the asset value of the BVSWMA Landfill and other assets. The project required AZ&B to determine remaining site life, development costs and waste throughput to project revenues. A variety of sensitivity analyses were performed to determine the value of facilities based on changing economic conditions, waste throughput, and operational changes.
