AZ&B provided trail design, surveying, environmental assessments, stakeholder communication, and structural design assistance for Katy Trail, the premier hike and bike trail in Dallas, Texas. The project includes an impressive signature bridge extension of the trail over Mockingbird Lane with connections to Mockingbird Station. Combined, these new trail extensions will add more than four miles to the existing Katy system and will connect McCommas Boulevard to the White Rock DART Station at the northern end of White Rock Lake.
