This project involved replacing existing 10” and 12” pipes to 18” and increasing the length from 600 feet to 3,500 feet. The existing pipe was too shallow and a portion of it was exposed in the creek by erosion. DWU maintenance wrapped the pipe in concrete to hold it in place. AZB recommended increasing the length of the project, reconstructing it deeper with more cover, flatten out the grade, and increase the pipe diameter.
