AZ&B was founded by Marc Arredondo, PE, with the goal to provide quality surveying and engineering services, to local governments and transit agencies.

Roy R. Brunz, PE, RPLS, joined the firm as partner. Roy is known throughout the region as a professional who understands community needs, and that service to the community is critical.

Victor Zepeda, PE, joined the firm as president. Victor is recognized throughout the state as a leader in engineering, and is a tireless advocate for small,
minority businesses.

Alfonso P. Garza, PE, RPLS, CPM, became the current president. Alfonso believes our staff has the capacity to stretch our boundaries and take on a wide
range of challenges.

AZ&B grew to four Texas locations, with openings in Fort Worth,
San Antonio, and Laredo.

AZ&B opens its fifth Texas office in San Angelo.

WSP-AZB, JV was selected as the program manager to provide services for the $1.2 billion
DART Silver Line project.

AZ&B opens its sixth Texas
office in Houston.

STV/AZ&B, Joint Venture was selected to provide program and construction management services for the $500 million DFW Airport PM CM
Landside Program.
